How heavy are you?
I'm not trolling or making fun. The best cure for snoring I ever had was losing 30 pounds.

It depends on what is causing your snoring. Overweight? Try to lose weight and see if that helps. Have you been tested for sleep apnea? If both of those are negative, as they were in my case, your jaw may be relaxing when you sleep and it restricts your airway. They sell these mouth guards that help keep your jaw from relaxing. They aren't the most comfortable at first, but you get used to them, and they work.

The worst snorers ive known have been fat people. My dad had a nice beer gut and he snored ferociously. He started losing weight and he started to snore less. I don’t think it’s a coincidence

Probably not your weight, then.
If you have issues suddenly waking up, that could correlate to sleep apnea. Pretty much everything else I'm aware of needs a medical check.

This. I got one recently and it has done wonders. It takes a few weeks getting used to it.

Mouth taping can help.

This helps a lot of things besides snoring.

Snoring is never “normal” tell your doctor and havbe him order a sleep test (insurance will cover it).
