Anyone here have any success stories on "curing" APT? Has anyone had any success with pressure point therapy to break up any imbalances?
I switched careers about 8 years ago to a much more sedentary and have developed a slight tilt. I know weak core and weak glutes along with tight quads are the main contributing factors and have started putting way more emphasis mobility stretches, strengthening abs and glutes, and overall being more mobile. Tired of lower back problems.

I've seen a lot about stretching your hip flexors/quads and strengthening your glutes can help balance that out

I've been doing some of Athlean-X hip mobility stuff. It's helping, just a slow process.
May ask my PT about pressure point therapy to try and release old imbalances.

Is your lower back always tight?

Couch stretch and glute bridges might help.

Yeh... when it's not hurt.

You should look into getting dry needling done to loosen up those tightness.
