Many strong folks in this thread. Congratulations to everyone for the hard work and no quit attitude.
I was able to hit 254..
That’s my PR.
A year ago I started this journey at 75 pounds. This was coming off a knee surgery and 6 months of swelling.
Hope to a part of this thread in 2026

Hit 405 today on PR party. Not a bad lift for me (tied lifetime PR)

I'm out. I'll be 51 right after Squatober. This is a young man's program.

I'm 52 but I'm in. I treat it like I raise my TMs as I can all year and then I try to actually hit them in the PR party.
I couple it with sober October too (though I'm drinking in general a lot less nowadays) and that helps recover

I'm potentially in.
I may skip this and do Deadcember. I didn't get to do that one last year.

I've done squatober 2018, 2022-2025. Really enjoyed last years Squatober I think it was by far the best programming yet. Looks like Zerchers are being incorporated more this year based on AA's posts. Cool to see the evolving nature of Squatober with AA getting up there in age, I feel like its shown in the programming (not in a bad way)

As long as I get some pressure cookers and some see saws I’m good
