If you honor rest times, Benchamin Franklin has some LONG days. Day 4 each week is pushing 2+ hours. Benchamin Franklin 2 is more balanced and the workouts are a little shorter.

Im thinking about running Christmas Big Bench again in November.

Yeah, I'm looking at Pool season in November too.

It will work well as our summer starts December and the pool is now ready for some cannon balls.

After three months lower, it will be nice change to have some upper focus with a transition down to from five Squat sessions a week to twice a week.

Going to max out on Wednesday on Squat and Bench, and have the rest of the week off training before starting with new TMs

I’m thinking short workouts this week to save us for the PR party. But I’ve been wrong on all of my predictions so far this month

Ok, I'm about 90-95% recovered from pneumonia. What would you guys do? Pick up where you left off? Start over at day 1?

It was going well and I already upped my training max, but I've missed about a week and a half. My last day was Day 16 Stairway to STRONGville. That was the 10 set/66 rep day.

I'm definitely going to be a little weaker and I want to finish strong.

This one lied on the timing almost 50 minutes for me
Probably one of the few days it would have been faster in a gym than my garage

Way too much setup moving stuff around time. Not a fan.

This was the first time I finished in a time of explained of 35 minutes. I admit I only took 90 second rests between sets. I was full of chicken sandwich lunch and racing to have nap at 3pm.

I have had spider bites on just above my knee caps in Sept, which have been infected (very Australian I know). Besides being on penicillin, I am going sleeveless where I can. I was happy today was one of those days.

I have feeling tomorrow will be light beltless and sleeveless session, so we will be itching for heavy by Wednesday.

Got a body scan today at peak bulk. Can’t wait for PR day, then cut back down again

Today was shorter, but I was no where near 30-35 min. Excluding setup and warm-up time, I was in the 40-50 min range. I noticed my squat depth was a little hindered this morning due to hips being tight. I also noticed my left knee was a little sore on the walk back home. I think I'm going to drop the weighted vest over the next couple days to reduce the stress on my knees.

Day 28 done

"Lite work no reaction" as my kids would say. 35 mins all in but I warmed up with a ruck this am. My shoulder is a little off, slept on it wrong so glad today wasn't too heavy or taxing

Tomorrows is already out but I don't know how to post images on the app as I'm a noob. Says only 20-25 mins for tomorrow and the notes said PR on the 30th. Not sure if he has something in store in terms of a "trick or treat" for 31st.... Does he usually go to 31st?

Anyway on to Day 29 & finishing up strong

Today really was a quick one. Added a long warm-up (15 min), 3 sets on the cardio + dead hangs (~10 min), and still only took 43 min total.

Dropped the weighted vest since my knee felt a little off yesterday. I've been wearing it daily about 2 months and today is the first walk without it. It's crazy how much different my walk felt without it. Vest is only 20#, but walking without it just feels effortless. Ready for tomorrow to finish strong!
