Haven't been posting but I'm still on track and too far to turn back now. Been eating like a mofo and noticeably stronger already. 255 for 15 sets of 2 on squat in the pressure cooker this morning and 205 for 13 sets on bench. Almost in the home stretch now.

The way this week is going, it'll probably be something ridiculous like that. Add in 5x5 Pendlay rows for the 3rd lift and some form of Big 44's (front raises, side lats, rear lats, and curl to OHP) for cardio.
Then the notes will say drink a bottle of Nyquil and check back in Monday.

Wow, today was intense. I took a different approach to time management. I just set an alarm and never checked it. On squats I hit 11 sets, but still had more left in me. On bench, I pretty much went all out and didn't leave anything in reserve. I only got up once or twice to grab a towel or sip of water. I hit 14 sets and quit with about 15 seconds left. Rows were good, but 2 min rest here felt too long. By the end of the cardio SS, my arms were jello and numb.
I was comparing the Pressure Cooker days this week to last year, and there is just no comparison. Last year was a cake walk compared to this year.
Squat
2@85% in 10 min
Bench
5x5@75%
Cardio SS (as many sets as possible in 7 min)
Pushdowns x15
BB Curls x15

Day 23 done
I think I felt better today than Monday through out it and had a better grove. 11 squats sets 13 bench for me... i stuck to having some rest and didn't rush an extra set on either
Cut rest on rows to 1:15. Superset sucked but had me feeling strong
On to 24

14 again on squats (325); felt hard AF. Resting up while wife squats then it’s 265lb benching (oh dear)

Got it done. Compared to other days, much shorter. However, I was sweating my arse off on the lunges. Think the toll of this week is finally setting in. Ready (and somewhat worried) for tomorrow's workout.

//edit: my hamstrings were so damn tight on the first few 5x5 sets I thought they might pop. Then I saw this as I’m finishing up haha
