Finishing up now, I'll be out in about 55 minutes. Decided to do my walk this morning and work at lunch, the problem is that I did a weighted vest walk with the dog this morning.

I legs are very tired. I may be dropping the weight vest until squatobed is over.

I went heavy on the RFESS and RDLs. That 2 minutes was just enough for me to start breathing normal again.

It's raining here, so I did 45 minutes on a treadmill at 3.5 on a 12 incline.

Does he have an alternate schedule where Saturday and Sunday are your heaviest days? I want to try this next year but it's way easier to do 75-90 minutes on a weekend. I have a long commute.

There’s only 1 schedule but nothing stopping you from going Wed-Sun or Sat-Wed.

Thanks!

I didn't do it this year because I have elbow tendonitis, but I'm saving the schedule and will shift the schedule accordingly.

Also no reason I have to wait for October. Might shoot for December since the holidays will give me extra days off.

I’ve redone it middle of the year before.

Go for it.

Usually day one and day five of each week are the heavy days, in years past day 3 or Wednesday has been the pretty light day.

I don't know that there's a way to schedule it around to make both heavy days on a weekend. But it's really a gamble because you never know what the next week is actually going to be

Did today's workout this morning. Took me right at an hour. Maybe 55 minutes. I only got four on the 85% burnout, but I'm using my true bench max. I'm not stepping it down like the comment says.

Pretty light like work day all things considered, I'm expecting front squats or zerchers and heavy deadlifts tomorrow

66 minutes for me.

Legs felt good. Solid chest pump.

Only got 3 on burnout.

I did this two years ago and enjoyed the challenge
Haven't squatted much in the past year and workouts have been all over the place with busy work and a new baby, so I figure this is a good way to get back into a structured program
I might miss some days but the goal is not to and I'll catch up into November if needed
Also good reason to try and eat some more

I got 5 on the burnout and the 5th was sloppy work but I got it up. Did about 60 minutes - haven't done the 30 minute walk. Not sure of my ability to get that in today but we will see.

Caught up. Did today's workout got 9 on the 85% burnout with a 95% TM. Might increase it to my true max, but will prob keep it the same. Feeling good so far, only thing is sleep. We have a 15 month old and she's mostly sleeping through the night but the days she wakes up at 3 make lifting the next day hard. Looking forward to this squatober, hit a 1rm max last week with the prequel and using my new max.

Quick work today. Took about 50 minutes even with my extended warmup.

Felt like more of a resistance stretch day than a strength day.

Tomorrow should be a good one.

Very quick. Took me about 40 minutes and I even did the jump rope warm up. Changing plates was only slightly annoying switching between the front and back squats. Really like the plate holds after shrugs just hammering grip. I’ll try to get my walk in this evening, prob have a heavy days tomorrow or later this week so i’ll try to get some sleep.

It seemed like in the prequel that farmer's carries were all 4x40 or 4x50 yards. Feel like I am getting a break here just going 20 or 25 yards. I think some people under appreciate farmer's carries for full body workout they are.
