Maybe get some blood work done and see what you are low on. I take b-12 everyday and vit D once a week. There are studies out there that show creatine helps with heart health, cognitive health and Of course it's beneficial if you work out.

Test- 140mg/week
Statin-10mg/day

Multi
High quality fish oil with bit d3-12/day
Krill oil-8 daily
Carditone- 2 daily - maintain perfect BP

Citrus bergamot- 8000mg daily for cholesterol
nattokinase-16,000 iu (4 caps at night & morning) daily for cholesterol/clotting/negate COVID shot

Melatonin-60-80mg/night
Boron- free test-3 daily
Superk- 2 caps daily
Probiotic-1 cap daily
Creatine mono-5g daily

100% cranberry juice-4 oz daily to prevent plaque build up along with the natt this works wonders.

I personally think every single male 40 and older should take carditone, citrus bergamot, nattokinase, cranberry juice and melatonin at high doses. But I have a huge fear of falling over dead while playing ball in the front yard with my kids. Doesn’t seem likely but just the thought still scares the frick out of me. Anytime I feel unmotivated, I think of that, gets my arse in gear.

shite is supposed to work really good in all the studies but I can’t take it. Gives me crazy heart burn day and night after about 3-4 days on it and nothing I take makes it go away until I stop taking the curcumin.

Before any supps, I'd suggest getting your bloodwork done

Should be the first go to. Most medicinal insurances waive copays for annual physicals. Deciding to do this after no physicals since college sports told me I have a slight Vit D deficiency. Take 2k IU of D3, 1 a day adult triple immune support, and Vit C. Blood results have gotten better and the only negative is my vitamin D issues (office job issues)

What I am on now

Multi
Immune system supplement
Krill oil
Fish oil

And have been doing the high dosed melatonin + ZMA supplement for sleep. It definitely helps. Have found no difference between anything higher than 45mg of the melatonin so that is what I have stuck with.

5 mg Cialis every three days

Is this for your dick or circulation? I hear it’s great for your cardiovascular health.

I take a sleep cocktail that has magnesium but my main supplement that has been a game changer is creatine. 7-10mg daily depending on how hard I go in the gym.

I always took 5 grams. I just heard Andrew Huberman a few weeks ago saying it should be weight dependent and a 200 lb guy should probably be taking 10 g. So I’ve been doing 10 a day.

I stopped taking anything for inflammation unless I really need it for pain since inflammation is needed for muscle growth. I don’t know what affect it actually though.
