Same here. Especially those who were not already working out. Hopefully they use it to transitstion to a healthier lifestyle.

For those who've done a substantial amount of pushups...How much better does your upper body look now?
Are you doing different angles? or just straight pushups with hands and feet on the ground?

During the month my chest and triceps looked a lot more pumped, but lets be honest that's because I was doing pushups throughout the day. Now it's not much different.

I think if you didn't workout very regularly before it's likely that you added some definition to your chest. If you were already lifting or doing regular calisthenics it probably didn't do too much for you.

Most of mine I did were standard pushups. I did some close grip and diamond pushups just to change thing up here and there.

I'd agree. When I first started getting into working out in college I only did body weight stuff, lots of push ups. I saw noticeable results.

This summer there was a nice chunk of time I didn't have access to weights and quit lifting and only did push ups, and I actually got smaller. It was probably because I was eating less as well, but still.

I will say that when I started lifting again I hadn't lost near as much strength as I thought I would, I was back to where I left off with bench press in 2 weeks.

Here to take my 40 lashes.

For the whole month, I only did 7,171. Just didn't have the gas to make it after the 24th of August. The Mass Routine of X3 is taking a lot out of me.

You're ripped enough that it doesn't matter.
