Keegan sitting out is probably the best outcome. As soon as he'd lose a match the media would be all over it and it would become an immediate distraction.

Good on Keegan. I know that was not easy for him to do at all, but thankfully the right guys stepped up the last few weeks and made the decision easier on him.

I think ultimately Keegan got it right. Happy to see he’s sitting out and focusing on the captaincy.
I personally would have left Morikawa at home for McNealy, but otherwise I think he picked a great team.

Hearing Keegan explain that the decision was made a while back makes me feel better about the whole process. His answers during this press conference are rejuvenating some confidence I have in him as a captain.

This might be the least interesting ryder cup team of all time.
It's Bryson, Burns, Scheffler, JT then all the others no one cares to watch. Should be a runaway for Europe.
