Don’t know about enforcement as I’m not sure how they’d accomplish that consistently across all holes. And yes, I do putt with the flag in.

The weirder issue I have is that carts have to be in by 6 and there is no exception to single rider per cart for family members. I had to break the rules to let my 5 year old ride with me.
Putting with a flag in is annoying but seems like a small price to pay to keep golf open.

I run a high end club in AZ...
We allow people to share carts if they want.
No ice chests (water is still not being delivered) so bring your own.
No sand and seed bottles or takes in bunkers
Cups are turned upside down.
We ask you not to remove the flag sticks but I do when I play.
Heat kills this shite and it is 105 today.

The only problem Webb had today was the fricking 6-some that was walking. I was also walking and caught up to them around the 11th hole and they didn't seem anxious to let anyone play through and I wasn't in the mood for a confrontation, so I just skipped 11 and 12.

It’s been this way for 2 months at clubs that wanted to stay open through all this in Texas. It doesn’t affect anything really.

I walked behind a group of 3, all of whom were in their own cart. I find that this actually sped things up since everyone could go straight to their ball. I rarely had to wait for them to hit.

Yeah it speeds it up. Hell yesterday I was behind 5 and most of them had their own cart and it was almost the same as being behind 2.
