I mean is it really a stretch to think that a Muslim country isn't going to support other Muslims?

Yeah not a good look.

Should've just said nothing.

If you think the ramifications of his stance on Isreal-Palenstine situation in relation to LIV golf even cracks the top 200 things he's thinking about, you need to gain some perspective on global politics.

Lots of good Muslim's are against this slaughter by the terrorists.

While I support Israel, there is plenty of blame to go around in the history of this century's long war. Sooner or later the World will have to deal with Iran.

I'm not sure the sport of Golf has to or needs to make a political stand, but the individual players have the right to voice their opinions.

Not at all. Just funny to think people tried to say “9/11 js behind them now”.

Just own it. They are filthy people that support and finance horrific things. Phil owned it. Bryson and Bubba and Jay as well need to own it now.

Don't forget Trump being a big supporter as well.
LIV 2024 dumped Trump like a bad habit and removed very single trump course. It’s amazing Trump let the filthy Saudis play him like a fool. They literally did the same thing the PGA did to him that made him so irate . Let’s see if he goes nuclear on LIV now too

I said no such thing. Try reading again.

However, if you dont think the war that dominates global news is not on his mind (or not in the top 200 things he's thinking about), you are mistaken.

Perhaps you need to gain a little perspective and a lot of common sense.

Barry is saying the crown prince cares far more on supporting terrorist Palestinians than he does about golf relations, and Barry is right

I am starting to really think you have a disability you haven't disclosed. Just admit you made a mistake and it will look way better for you.

I didn’t make any mistake. Not at all. Anyone publicly making a statement in support of Palestinians while at the same time spending zero time on condemnation pf the actions taken by Hamas or support of Israel is absolutely siding with Hamas. It’s that simple and completely obtuse to try and pretend otherwise.

If someone after 9/11 came out and simply said “I support the movement for Muslims and Islam to have freedom from western influence” while giving no condemnation of the actions take or no support of America, it would be LOL to act like that was a benign statement not offering support to Al-Qaeda

A group of Palestinians just committed horrific crimes against Israel

Let me take time out of my day to make a statement of support of Palestinians without mentioning the atrocities or any support for the victims of said atrocities. But totally man I don’t support them

Only a fool can be that obtuse

You are right. Making a statement in support of Palestine, without any mention of the evil acts of a recent Palestinian group, is just a mere oversight and nothing else

I’m sure you support all the pro Palestine rallies in America right now as well right? Or does your intentional obtuse actions only take place when something as small as golf is involved?

The fact that you haven't edited this title says it all really. You're either intellectually dishonest, or as dumb as many of think you are.

If you can't understand why someone would do this, no one can help you.

I understand perfectly, and you do too. It’s because his allegiance lies with Muslims and not with what is right or wrong

If one cared about what is right, condemning the actions of Hamas is easy. Offering no condemnation for the evil actions of a Palestinian group, while offering statements to the strength and protection Of Palestine, is supporting Hamas. No way around it. Its political pressure on Israel is the entire reason for doing so, and putting pressure on Israel is offering support for its opposition, Hamas

Other than your thread title, this thread isn’t very golf related. Take it to the PT board

Btw there is a LIV tournament in Saudi Arabia this weekend. About 700 miles away from all the stuff in Israel, but that would still be a little too close for me

This is the problem with America now. You MUST pick a side. You simply can't have personal beliefs and keep them to yourself.

Considering LIV was directly attempting to challenge the PGA, it is common sense that people will pick a side.

Or people enjoy both the rigid nature of PGA and the laid back vibes of LIV.

Kind why I don’t mind arena football… it’s different but in a good way that I enjoyed.

Shipnuck is a terrible writer and stretches anything he can. He knows absolutely nothing on this just like most things he writes about.
