You should go check it out! It really is coming around and in solid shape right now. Plus you can see the impact Burky is having already. Membership is strong! Go play it if you haven’t yet since the reopening.

I totally agree, played it 2 weekends ago and it’s in great shape.

Not sure how it shut down then reopensd and is in better shape than Webb, City Park, and LSU within not even a year

They continued maintaining the grounds during the shutdown to keep it manageable if it reopened. Since the reopening to now, the conditions have really gotten so much better.

Played it last weekend. Course is in good shape, except for the bunkers, but they are working on them.

That said, pricey compared to Beaver Creek which is in better shape.

Have they got the rough under control yet? That’s some frustrating crap when your ball barely rolls off of the fairway a foot and you get down there and you can’t find it. It was really thick around the greens too. That being said the greens were in great shape the last time we played out there.

But frick heading out there during the week. That bridge ain’t no joke coming back across the River.

Yes the good weather lately has allowed the rough to get under control. I agree it was us open mean for a while.

And yes the traffic can be a beast so timing is everything. #buildanewbridgealready

The rough was cut a fair length and was not impossible to find a ball. Fairways were rolling good and the greens were extremely fast. Honestly they could let the greens slow down a bit because if it wasn't a really high shot onto the green they were rolling off.

Played yesterday morning and the traffic was no problem on the way there but the traffic on the bridge was backed up at 1:30 on the way home. The bridge is the reason I no longer live on the westside of the river.

I drive back home to the west side every day with few problems coming or going.

Live BR/work WBR would be a completely different thing.

Played there today in a tournament. Course is in great shape minus the bunkers which they are working on. A bunch of the bunkers were completed and look good. Greens are really quick.

Played in a tournament there yesterday, it was surprisingly in really good shape, even after the rain the greens were really slick. Always have liked that course though, just driving across that bridge sucks

Played out there this week and the course is in fantastic shape. Best shape I've seen it ever. A few of the bunkers still under construction, but I think all the bunkers in actual play (around greens) were complete and looking good. Greens were awesome. Nice playing on good greens.

One word of advice, do not miss the fairway. THICC roughs.

Hope they can keep it open
