Lie angle was my first instinct also. What is your normal miss? A hook? When I get lazy on the course I keep my legs straighter than getting down in my stance. It throws the lie angle towards the toe a bit. I got fitted this year and they kicked the lie angle up one degree but I still have a bit of a toe side miss on shorter irons and definitely on wedges. Do you notice it more on low irons than high irons?

I tend to go to hook city when I start missing. I'm a 10 handicap currently and experience that same wear on my club.

Also, I'm a self taught golfer so the things I find in my game are sometimes arse backwards from others.

Id get a new set of irons. maybe a set that has the toe more centered towards the sweet spot. I think Cobrah has a set.

Hitting toe shots? Before going into backswing, line ball up closer to heel.
