i am going to bed. if any more mistakes to tSheet are obvious let me know and i will fix some time tomorrow. but it looks like Pirate King is the undisputed (slightly disputed) Champ for now!

another format could be each player has a dollar value and you draft plays with a starting value ($100 for example)
Jordan is worth 40, wesley bryan 10, and then add total winnings from that

I found that format on reddit and I like the way it is tiered and what not. I am talking more to a way to score it and a little more automated sheet for you to use so you don't have so much input on your side.
Maybe a sheet that allows for the scoring / ranking for the 4 rounds (for tabs you can just copy and paste directly into)
Then a Nassau style award process as if each round is independent and the final is the final for 5 levels. Seeing how the money is always distributed the same way percentage to ranking, we could have a sheet that has that in it broken down (or fedex points style).
- 1st round money equivalent
- 2nd round money equivalent
- 3rd round money equivalent
- 4th round money equivalent
- Overall money won
or to make it a little less complicated just after the cut money:
- 3rd round money equivalent
- 4th round money equivalent
- Overall money won
This may keep people a little more engaged on a daily basis, because even if their players lay an egg on one day, they are still in the game.
I would be willing to help set up the sheet, talk in more detail, and / or whatever. I would just rather not take up room on the board going back and forth if there is another way we could communicate. I don't know much about google sheets, but I know my way around excel decently enough. Can they just be merged?

i made it in excel. google sheets is just a way to upload to the internet so it can be shared/viewed on any computer or even cell phone.
as far as manual entry, all i really enter is picks. the rest is linked formulas. it isn't too bad, after 10 or so posters many of the golfers get repeated and i just copy/paste from a prior posters list.

so each day i would assign prize money for the winner of that day. for instance saturday when Grace shot 62, he would get the winners share ($1.something mil) for first place in the 3rd round?

That is what I was thinking.
The final "money prize" would be much larger than the actual (like the $10mm purse would actually be $50mm),but it would make one bad day players not take as much of a hit. You could even say that the individual rounds are worth 1/2 the final value so you get a heavier weight for the overall scorers ($5mm for each round and $10 for final = $30mm).
I know that they pr-rate the prizes for ties (3 way tie for 2nd actually gets (2nd$ + 3rd$ + 4th$)/3) so it may be easier to just do it off a point system for place without the pro-rate of money...idk, I'm just spitballing now.
