Yet you act like the PGA has achieved something. Players would be much more loyal if the tour had made these moves years ago or even up till last year instead of waiting for LIV to throw all that money around. They didn’t think this was possible even with all that cash. They thought they could keep things together with the status quo. That was obviously a mistake.

Patrick Reed praised the PGA tour a few months ago for how great the treat the players. Now today he bashes them. What changed?..These guys got money, and that’s the bottom line bo matter what the tour did.
At least Koepka and DJ haven’t been lying pussies that try and run away from anything on why they left. They had a price and that price was met. There is no shame in that. They aren’t trying to put anything on the wickedness of the tour.

It’s about the money. The PGAT isn’t hated by the players, but the players that are staying also would bounce if a heartbeat if LIV became viable with majors and standings with the far larger paychecks.
And then if the PGA Tour fell into a trillion dollars to give away they would run right back

What changed was that he was given an option. When there’s only one hand feeding you, you don’t bite it. Most guys said good things about the tour publicly. Now you’re hearing very different things and it’s even from guys who are staying. That’s not because of money.

I fully believe if it was announced tomorrow LIV had full ranking points, it would be an absolute floodgate.
And if LIV announced tomorrow they weren’t paying the 100s of millions, instead they were paying normal tournament purses, the same guys that left because they were disgruntled with the tour so much would be leaving in an instant. The cool shotgun starts and everything else would be shite on a stick

That’s not what I was saying. I was responding about the DP Tour and PGA Tour planning on starting to meet and come together.
Obviously the PGA Tour is speeding things up due to LIV. But it’s not like some of these things are coming out of nowhere. They probably just expedited it.

I've operated on the most current information the whole time. I thought there was a very good chance the DP would back out of the strategic alliance with the Tour and align themselves with the Saudi's. I, of course, didn't know for sure, but that was my opinion. I was wrong, which is fine, and I have no problem admitting it.
You on the other hand, have been wrong about objective facts and either dug in and moved the goalposts or completely ignored those things because you are like a 12 year old girl.
