Yes, what you just read is correct. I'm genuinely shocked that they got permission to make this video.

Video

Note: Notice how they still gotta wear pants

I saw this when I woke up this morning and was also flat out shocked. I thought for sure it was going to be some click bait.

You could tell it was big because the comments were littered with all the others YouTube golfers in just complete awe as well.

My only thought was that maybe the “all sports battles” don’t do any damage whatsoever to a course, so it was green-lit. They’re kicking soccer balls, spiking volley balls, hitting tennis balls, throwing frisbees etc. nothing that would hurt the course.

Still was shocked though. I hope it was a one off. I like things to keep their exclusivity and mystique. I’d hate to see SUNDAY MATCH from Good Good at Augusta or breaking 90 by EAL, Rick Shiels, Peter Finch, etc. Keep it exclusive

Can’t believe Augusta let this happen. I’m not cool with it.

That’s ridiculous.

This is kinda like finding out Santa Claus isn’t real.

10-15 year olds are now interested in the masters across the country. This was clearly calculated and helping get kids into the game.

Surprised Augusta did this, but is it “bad”…not at all

Then do it at a public course like Pebble or Sawgrass. Not on golf’s sacred ground.

Well call Augusta and file a complaint if it bothers you that much.

I’m shocked AF this happened.

I use to think EA Sports getting the Augusta National was a huge deal, this actually might be bigger.

Not in a million years I would have thought to see the AN on a video game.

Not in a trillion years would have I thought Dude Perfect would even be allowed on the grounds, much less to do a YouTube video.

I ran across this last night. As everyone else, I was shocked it was permitted, but after a few minutes of thinking about it I realized it was brilliant.

If a contest was held to permit a winner to play a round at Augusta and the entry to it was $500 I don’t think there’s a single golfer on the planet who wouldn’t go for it. If it was 5000 I’d be saying take my money and please lord let me win.

Hell not even to play it but get a chance to putt on those greens we’d be all over it.

It gives everyone just a tiny bit of hope one day we could do it.

They didn't play golf. How was it growing the game? Pretty sure 10-15 year olds already know what the Masters are, and if they pay attention to these guys they likely follow sports already.

This proves how clueless you are on the reach of Dude Perfect and how much more in touch the old curmudgeons at Augusta are.

Kids are watching Dude perfect at like 5 years old and wearing all of their shirts, backpacks, hats, etc. 95% of these kids have never heard of the Masters, they just think the things the guys do are funny/cool.

This is so overstated. The number of kids that will take up the game of golf because dude perfect hit hockey pucks at augusta is over/under 50 worldwide

So you're saying boys aged 10-15 are going to play golf bc DP did trickshots at Augusta? I don't thnk thats happening. I also am plenty aware of the reach of DP. Do you think more kids playing other sports bc of DP?
