I had a 30 buck coupon to Golf Galaxy so I decided to try the left dash even though it's not marketed for a senior golfer.

I played it this morning and it really surprised me.

I have no issues with trajectory and it's definitely long off my driver and irons. It spins well off my wedges.

I use a Spider Tour and it feels fine off the putter.

I saw an article from MyGolfSpy saying that does compression really make a difference to most golfers ?

Thoughts ?

It sounds like it was good for you.

It seems very expensive so it’s good you have the discount.

I’m sticking with my TM Tour Response which is a urethane cover lower compression ball.

I think most people benefit from a urethane cover. There are many options for $35 and up.

I’ve played it the last 2 years. Longer about 10 yards w the driver and a club w irons compared to the regular ProV. It’s very very firm and takes some getting used to around the green but I do find its spins enough w short game shots.

I actually thought that it would be a flatter trajectory ball than the AVX, but I didn't find that to be true.

I'm going to give this ball a couple more rounds before I decide to stick with it or not.

Luckily, I only lost one ball today....

Its a higher trajectory ball than ProV1. For me, it does not spin near enough around the greens. It is a very long ball however. It hasnt been updated since 2019, i would expect a refresh soon.

IMO which is only from my experience is the only real issue is comes when you over compress a ball. I think with balls like the Left dash or left dot is they can still be used for senior or amateur golfers with slower swing speeds because of the spin or lack there of that comes. That left dash is a high trajectory low spin ball. I can def see it working for a senior golfer.

I play the Tour X and find it reacts a lot like the ProV1x and TP5x.

The left dash is an awesome ball!

If you can spin the ball from 80 yards & closer, this is the best ball on the market.

Only ball I play.

Left dash just feels a touch too firm for me. It plays fine just dont like the harshness of the feel.
