I will get a migraine if I dont wear sunglasses outside so I always play in sunglasses. I like amber lenses but actual brand doesn’t matter. They just need to stay on my face while I’m swinging. Used to love playing in Costas because they completely covered my eyes but those broke and I never replaced them. Pretty much just wear whatever I have

When it's bright or lots of glare, I have to wear them. Usually some sort of Polarized lense.
I reviewed and started using Tifosi Enliven glasses. Designed specifically for golf. I like them a lot.

I use the Veloce. $50.

Oakley has a Prism lens that works great on the course. Not polarized of course.

I do. Got used to it with an Oakley sponsorship as a pro 25 years ago and haven't changed back.

I do wear the polarized ones as I find it allows me to see the break on greens better for some strange reason. I also have light sensitive eyes; in fact, I have to wear sunglasses almost anytime I'm outdoors unless it's pouring rain.

I can’t seem to get the right depth perception with sunglasses. I tried for several rounds to wear them and just didn’t do well with them.

This. Take them off on the greens.

I saw a former player once comment that Michelle Wie needs to take off her sunglasses in the greens. This was at least 10 years ago. I have always done so since then.

I play with a pair of prescription Kaenon’s and love it. They weren’t cheap though.

I’ve grown to not really notice them because the alternate option is being blinded by the sun at times but all things equal i’d prefer not to need to wear them.

Thanks guys. I found a pair of Oakley Prisms that don’t look like the baseball wraparounds (no hate, I’m just not young enough to pull of that look). They were on sale for $75. Worst case, I give em to my kid.

I wear glasses cause I hate contacts. I prefer my script sunglasses than my regular glasses.

OP, look at the Oakley Speed Jacket. The arms are much narrower and dont eat into your head if year a hat. Also, switching lenses out is a breeze if you dont like polarized. I love mine and they're polarized. Never had an issue with depth perception and takes the glare off

Roka Falcons - awesome pair that never move when I’m swinging. I have a couple pair and it’ll be a while before I switch from them.

I’m exactly the opposite. I can’t play in my prescription glasses at all. I have to wear my contacts.

Wearing prescription glasses is definitely a little different. Normally takes me a couple of holes to adjust to it. I think it makes my depth perception looking down at the ball a little worse. I’d prefer to just wear the prescription sunglasses but feel like I normally strike the ball a little better wearing contacts.

I just never got on the contacts train. Put them in once in my life, hated it and just became a glasses guy.

Played in Cabo awhile back, it was either my shitty old glasses slipping off or some non-script shades. Opted to the shades for awhile. Couldn’t putt for shite. I blame the glasses and not the weekend of binge drinking on a bachelor party

Yep. I play in my MJ Hema. Rimless and light as hell. The most comfortable sunglasses I’ve ever tried

Same here. I wear a lot of different pairs also. I have some Blenders, Maui Jim’s and have work costas in the past. I find that amber lenses are great for all weather golf. Ok let used to make a pinkish lense that was designed for golf.
