PXG had some nice wins last year.

Not sure what this agreement does for his company Grindworks future.

That has to be the biggest anti marketing signing I’ve ever heard of. Good lord.

I love my PXG's clubs and don't mind the Reed signing like some.

Hard to cheat with either of these, but Reed will find a way.

That company continues the decline I predicted from the get go. Just not a sustainable model. Those price drops are pretty shocking.

I buy clubs based on resale value. PXG is gutting their value and it’s impressive.

Wilson’s hold better.

PXG is growing and finally making a profit.

PXG did terminate the employment of 26 individuals but hired an additional 41, a net gain of 15 employees. Bob Parsons, founder of PXG told MyGolfSpy “Twenty-six didn’t make the cut, but we hired 41 more. We have stores set to go in Atlanta and Minneapolis and more on the way. We’re growing.”

As further evidence of this growth, consider PXG recently hired a new CMO and VP of Sales and citing data from inc.com, PXG generated $79 million revenue while growing 2805% over the last three years. That doesn’t exactly sound like a company on the verge of demise.

They're not going anywhere. I talked to the store manager of the Minneapolis store and their plan is to open stores nationwide.

He was surprised he got the job in the first place. Just a regular retail guy who plays golf. Doesn't know much about club assembly or components. But he said the salary was better than expected and his signing bonus was a brand new full set of PXG clubs

Yes, they are opening a Houston PXG Store by the River Oaks area this spring.

Great. More flat bills and 6 hour rounds with some white belts sprinkled in. Maybe they will do a commercial on how to rake traps, fix ball marks, and sand divots.

The game always needs more new blood to grow and build new courses and even maintain existing courses.

We have lost a lot of courses in the Houston area (23) and no new ones.

Don't get the PXG haters, I have owned a lot of clubs that don't have their quality. They go where I point them.

You can't buy clubs for resale, that's always a losing proposition.

To each his own.

My bag has paid for itself 2x now. But I buy used. I will not buy PXG because they don’t hold their value. If you can get a good deal on 03 series and flip then good for you.

I can find a set of Ping g25 irons for $200 and sell for $375 in a heartbeat.

Different strokes for different folks. Not all of us can afford a new set a few times a year though.

Glad you like your sticks. At the end of the day, that’s all that matters
