Nick Faldo on Tiger

Is it just me or does Nick seem like he can’t stand to see Tiger make good shots when he does?

He definitely has it in for Tiger. Might be jealousy that he didn't get this much attention in his 40s lol

He’s probably tired of having to dissect Tigers ever move. Hell I’m tired of hearing it myself.

He’s probably tired of people trying to make Tiger Woods relevant. I’m fricking sick of it myself. He’s fricking 10 shots back.

Faldo the commentator has always had some issue with Tiger.

Nick and others should chill. Most golf fans want to see Tiger’s whole round now.
It may take a couple of tournaments but the hype will settle down. Fans will get tired of cut-line Tiger.
That is, unless he starts contending. Then the networks will have struck gold anyway.

You’re trying to talk to the wrong person, Taurus is probably the biggest tiger hater here
The problem with covering tiger is the haters want to see him fail just as much as the fanboys want to see him succeed. No one is really indifferent to Tiger, which is why he brings so much ratings and attention.

I wonder if people like you actually watch. Sure they showed Tiger, but I saw plenty of Mickelson, Rahm, Day, Reed. It's not like they are constantly on Tiger.
Morning Drive this morning on the golf channel opened with a 15 minute segment on...
Tiger Woods making the cut on the line. They briefly mentioned Jon Rahm who may become the world's #1 player this weekend is in 2nd place. Meanwhile the leader of the tournament, Ryan Palmer, had his name mentioned once about 12 minutes into the broadcast.
Please, please, please tell me more about the player who had to birdie the last hole to make the cut.

Sure he’s dominating the coverage, but I can guarantee that viewership will be up solely because he’s playing the weekend. It’s nice for the game to have a little extra buzz around a January tournament.

Yes, please do. It's a story, and an interesting one. But by all means keep crying, the ratings dictate who they show and ratings are higher when Tiger plays.

I was totally happy with golf moving to the newer, younger guys. I'm already a little tired of the Tiger this, Tiger that. I was ready to move on from the older era.
I don't see it lasting if he is around the cut line every tournament, but boy oh boy wait till he's in the top 10 on a moving day.

Agree, too bad so many are not playing this tourney this week otherwise El dickhead would be home watching this weekend.

Well atleast they realize golf has the following it does because of Tiger. Just take a look at the crowds at the tourney this weekend.
Hell I don’t even care about them showing the leaders. I’m just watching to see how Tiger does.

I like watching you nutlickers melt over El dickhead make a cut even though the field is avg at best.

That's like watching a football game just to see how Brock Osweiler does.

Link to my melt or any previous post about Tiger Woods you dipshit. I can damn sure link yours.
There are two givens in this world:
1) The sun will come up tomorrow
2) If there is a TW thread, you will be melting in it.
