Look at your link YOU POSTED. We have tons of data on what liv tournaments produced in economic impact. Landry’s claims were outrageous based on actual data, not guesses or opinions

100%. They initially wanted a 5 year deal but ended up settling for a 1 year deal for 2026 & hoping to continue 2027-2030. It’s totally plausible that’s what Landry was referring to with his “$100M impact”

The Tour was fricking us and hey're contracting, so unless there was a change in format and a better slot, it just wasn't gonna get the numbers it needed to to survive.

Nobody cares about LIV quite like Pride.

Does the odyssey continue to cancel showings in theatres and fail to pay vendors millions?
If so, each time that happens it would be worthy of a thread . Pretending it’s not newsworthy LIV cancelled its team championships or owes Louisiana over a million is strange for a golf board…

I feel like this event was truly never going to happen. The whole thing didnt make any sense at all. From playing a course that has no business hosting a professional level event, to the time they chose to have it. It just didnt make any sense from the beginning.
