Wow... never would have thought that given how opposed the different camps are to each other.
LINK
PGA (or new entity) to become a for profit company. Governance to remain with PGA. Also involves European World tour. Saudi sovereign wealth fund to contribute billions over time to the new for profit entity.

Well this came out of nowhere. I can't wait to see the details.

Wouldn’t have seen that coming but ultimately probably the best solution for the viewer.

Is this LIV swallowing the PGA or the other way around?

Phil is deleting some tweets from the last few weeks furiously right now

This seems like it will be good for fans, I’m excited and looking forward to hearing the details.

Yep, for fans it’s finally over. Liv players can come back to the pga tour now. And Jay remains chair of new formed entity as well it seems so it will be overall competitively balanced like old with a few team events thrown in it seems. Will be interesting to see the details

I guess at the end of the day, the amount of money that the Saudi's are willing to fork over is just too much to overcome.

All those guys who took all that money are looking smart as frick.

Rory is in shambles
The only people that look idiotic now are the “blood money” virtue signalers. They can’t walk that idiotic shite back. Brandel going to boycott the tour now too?

Phil taking all the credit in 321.
PGA Tour elitists about to be curled up in the corner.
LIV players the big winners. Took the cash, but seemed like most secretly wanted back in. They get to keep their cash and get back.
shite’s going to be interesting the next 3 or 4 months.

I'm wondering who caved? I can't believe it would have been the PGA since they are stronger than ever in ratings, attendance and with the new TV contract. Seems maybe the Saudis got tired really fast of hemorrhaging a ton of money with a long road in front of them and decided to try and merge with the PGA is my best guess.
