Is greystone a private course? Also, how does it compare to other Baton Rouge courses?

Anyone can play, get a tee time

Semi-Private

It's always in great shape, pretty tough and Top % of courses in area.

Greens punched a week ago but growing and rolling well. Course isn’t forgiving overall. Lots of forced carries/layups on the front. The back becomes risk/reward off the tee.

It's a fun layout. A few narrow holes with trees & tee shots, but definitely a lot of risk/reward shots out there

Wednesday's have the best rates.

Went last week and we were done in 3 hours. Back 9 makes you pay if you get off.

When greens are rolling (and historically they are) they are the funnest of the semi-private, semi-public and public courses in the area.

Never been there. What's the range situation? I see the rates on the website, how many balls in a bag?

That changed. Pay by the bag now. About 45-50 balls in a bag.

Dammit. That sucks

I’d rather go to oaks and use range servant for $11 for 90

It’s $12 for a large bucket at beaver so I could see it being $15

Pretty sure BREC bumped their range prices. Large was $10 not too long ago.

Yup I just go to Sherwood when I dont feel like working on short game. Used to be the most expensive but is now the least.
