What’s the board’s favorite shoe? My shoes are on their last leg. Haven’t bought new shoes in years. Need something waterproof and I tend to lean towards spikeless. I have an old pair of addidas shoes that lasted a pretty long time. What’s your favorite shoe?

All about the adidas. I got the Adipower 4orged about a year ago and they’re awesome. I walk a few rounds a week and they’re still in great shape. I have the spiked ones, the Ultra boost is super comfortable and a good balance between cushion and support. I’ve played in rain a decent amount and they stay dry. I know they have a spikeless version, not sure if they’re still waterproof or not.

They’re all the same. They have spikes that keep you grounded.

I got the Nike ones that Brooks and Rory wear because they have no laces. You pull the string thing to tighten them. Pop the red string when you want them off.

Saves me a precious two minutes every time.

Last season I got a pair of adidas CodeChaos for my walking shoes. The style isn't for everyone, but they are the best combo of golf shoe stability and tennis shoe comfort I've had yet.

ETA: My last pair were Nike TW13s, so TIFWIW.

Ecco's are narrow and too expensive. Nike Roche are real nice.

G Fore, was told by a playing partner one time that they were the most comfortable shoes ever, got a pair, and I totally agree. Only pair of shoes I could wear off the course as well as on. They have “ribs” on the insoles that massage your feet when you walk.

Sqairz will add distance to your drive. Sir Nick said so.

I have heel spurs and Sketchers have been much better than the Nikes I originally bought.
They aren’t exactly fashionable, but they’re comfortable and waterproof which was what I wanted.
