I use a old Ping Hoofer Vantage bag that I have had for a while. I used that model in high school and wanted something similar. Snagged one off ebay for $35 a few years ago. It's older, but I'm a big fan of that model.

I just picked up a Ping Pioneer bag on Overstock.com for 165. Great bag, and I'll be honest, the difference maker is the magnetic lid rangefinder compartment. Thats just gonna be useful as frick.

Overstock always has great deals on bags. That's where I picked up my Puma bag...retailed for $180, got it for $60.

Bought to buy one. Does anyone know if the Dick's in BR sells previous year bags like the C130 at a discount? And is there any reason to buy 2018 C130 for 240 when I can get the 2017 C130 new for 160?

My next bag and recommendation would be the Ping Traverse or the Ping Pioneer. They aint cheap but one of the best bags on the market. Probably wont need another one

Be patient and keep an eye on the usual sale sites. Rockbottomgolf just had a big bag sale earlier this week, think Academy is running 10% entire purchase this weekend, Dicks has a flash sale online at least once a week. Not sure if the Sun Mountain bags are included though. Could maybe try to take advantage of Dicks price matching on the Sun Mountains.

My Pop bought me a Callaway Pro Staff bag about 10 years ago. Had my name embroidered on it and all. It's freakin' giant and heavy AF. I used it for a long time to show my gratitude to him for spending that kind of money on it even though I wasn't a fan of using a bag with my name sewn in.
