I'm a 15.1 handicap.
My buddy doesn't have a cap, but he is a few shots lower than me. I'll ask him to look at the past few rounds. A few years ago he was single digit, but with 3 daughters now, that number has gone up a bit...

alright alright Just saying my handicap is more like 14 or 15 on this course if that's what you were looking for. I suspect that extra half point won't matter for me either way.
For the no caps, I'd say just take either the last score or the average of as many recent ones as can be remembered and go with that. 28 is cool if someone hasn't played in a long time. Someone suggesting there own is fine too. We're all reasonable folks, probably, maybe.

My last two rounds that I kept a scorecard for were 97 and 91. I’ll take the 28 but to be fair, you can put me down for a 19?

Mulligans and CTP.
Mulligans will be for sale - $5.00 each, max of four.
CTP - there will be two: #8 and #12. Will use mulligan money to payout CTP winners, so will announce pot after all mullies have been purchased.
I played today - course is in good shape, turning a lighter shade of green with the cooler temps we've had, but overall it's playing well.
I sucked, however.

Good news for me... we listed our house at 8:30 this morning, under contract 13 hours later.
