Favorite YouTube Golf Content ChannelsPosted by Downtown Devin Brown
on 11/28/20 at 1:08 pm

Just thought it'd be a good idea if anyone wanted to share some golf themed YT channels they enjoy.
The ones I currently subscribe to:
No Laying Up (group of baws golfing)
Random Golf Club (Erik Anders Lang from Adventures in Golf)
Rick Shiels (golf instructional and product reviews)
Scratch (Adventures in Golf)

No Laying Up has been phenomenal lately. Their production and story telling is a cut above everyone else.
I’ve always like it but their Oregon Tourist Sauce has been top tier.
EAL is good also. I watch a bunch of random stuff. The Golfholic guys always play with really hot chicks.

TXG. Fitting and equipment tests.

Michael Newton is my go to for product reviews. He’s a taller guy who naturally hits it high which is my natural shot as well. He doesn’t hit fairway woods though, so he’s not much help there.
TXG is another good one.

Yea I second NLU content quality. The Tourist Sauce seasons are definitely getting better each season, and the Strapped series is just plain fun. Their crew has a great blend of personalities.
Big EAL fan too, he's got that perfect interviewing voice and I appreciate the different aspects of golf he focuses on.

Some people have a weird hate for Foreplay. Kinda odd.
They’ve been putting out some killer content all over the damn place within the last year.

Personally I think foreplay should have way more/better video content with the power of barstool behind them.
Hey let’s watch Riggs bogey the 11th at some random course. Cool.
They do some stuff I think is good. I just feel like barstool golf should be up there with NLU. The few times I tried to listen to fore play pod I just couldn’t and turned it off.

If they just stick to playing Kisner while he slammed some beers and talked shite about them it would be great.

MileHighDraw.
The best content I have found to drop your score is Golf Sidekick. He focuses mainly on course management and game management which is the best way to drop scores.
I really enjoy watching the Adventures in Golf on Skratch like has been mentioned before. EAL and golfholics have some good stuff on their channels.

Something is just a little off with Golf Sidekick. The content is good in a lot of his videos but I find myself distracted internally debating whether the guy is likeable or a cheese ball or a serial killer.
Dude has Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas vibes.

Yeah every time I’ve tried to watch that sidekick I just find myself not into it. Haven’t given it a great shot honestly

quote:what? They play top golf courses all around the world, have full arse documentaries on them, play rounds with superstars and pro golfers on camera, and they film hour long movies behind the scenes of maintenance crews at U.S. open golf courses. Oh and they host a huge tournament at multiple well known courses with a championship that ends at Pinehurst.
foreplay should have way more/better video content with the power of barstool behind them.

He’s a weird dude for sure. It’s hilarious watching him start off rounds in Thailand at 9am when he clearly was out till 4am slamming beers and doing drugs

Can’t tell if he’s there for the chicks or if he’s there for the lady boys.... I like his channel though and some of those female golfers he plays with are smoke shows

NLU is great. Tourist Sauce Oregon has been a pleasure.
For instructional, I like Piers and Andy of Me and My Golf.
