I have a Cobra driving iron. I got it because it has the adjustable hozel on the loft, but it's not super easy to hit off the deck. Piss missile off the tee though

You can flight it either way if you have both the shots, but I hit the low no spinner most of the time.

I have a 5 wood too, but I rarely need the higher ball flight. The driving iron is better off the tee.

I only keep one or the other in the bag.

Good to know.. My main reasoning for it is is the driver aint on.. Then I've pulled my longest iron off the tee for findi g a fairway..

See I've got a Ping G425 max that I'm currently in a love/hate relationship with.. Beginning to think its a mental thing for me.. I'm super consistent with any Iron, but when it comes to metalwoods and hybrids I'm topping it, chunking the hell out of it..

I have a Titleist U500 3 I'll sell you. It's 20 degree.

I alternated it in and out of the bag but it doesn't get much use these days

I have this one from Sub70.

Sub70 Utility Iron

I got the 17 degree 2 iron and it is a rocket launcher. You can customize the grip, shaft, length, etc. and still come in under $150, depending on shaft of course. And customer service is the best there is.

I would recommend against the black version though. Looks good for about 25 swings then the black starts wearing off.

I use an old Calloway 2-iron for shorter par 4's. Very consistent, always down the middle.

I have a Taylormade Sim DHY 2-iron that's 17 degrees. Same shaft as my driver and 3 wood. It's awesome.

I plan to beat the shot out of my 699pros inside the 60 day window. If the black comes off easy, I may switch them out for the satin

The solution isn’t a driving iron, it’s keeping your head down and not swinging so hard

There, I just saved you a couple hundred bucks
