Play early or late. Early is higher humidity and lower temp. Late lower humidity and higher temps but usually higher wind.

Drink an electrolyte water bottle on the drive to the course. Have a styro of ice and water that I typically drink every 2-3 holes plus a Gatorade at the turn. Find shade whenever possible.

Two older guys I play with will not hit out of a sand trap in the summer due to the heat.

In the dog days I’ll just play 9. But I typically play three times a week so i don’t have to try ito get In 18 if its crazy hot.

I do and also walk (with a push cart). I’m an avid runner tho so I’m sure that makes a difference.

The heat just doesn’t bother me. Sure, I’d prefer it to be 70, but rather heat than cold. I just overall prefer to walk and be in my own world and play just as fast. I play better walking and not stuck in a cart with music playing, gadgets going off, a chatty Kathy, and other distractions a partner may bring.

Walking in those conditions are just stupid. It’s like ur trying to prove something to someone. Was help up every round I’ve played this summer. Just get a cart men. Plenty of months to walk in a year.
