Here to eat crow. Beat everyone’s arse while they all fell apart.

His ball flight is fun to watch.

A wet Augusta. Carrying 350. Hits a big draw when he swings hard. Seriously if wind is down, -25 is in play with him.

Masters will have grass so tight around green that if you miss green, you will end up in hazard or have a 20 yard pitch.

or he could revert to being a head case and shite the bed as he has in the past.

Or any other player could get hot and beat his arse as evidenced by the last four or five tourneys of the season.

But yes, he too could win with record low scores.

I don’t see his advantage at Augusta like it was at open ., the problem with winged foot was that it’s almost as hard to hit a fairway at 300 yards as it is from 350, but the second shot on most holes is far harder due to loft of clubs used. I think it was Shane Lowry who said he was absolutely amazed at how easily Bryson coukd get out of the rough, due to shorter club and baw strength.

I think Bryson still has an advantage over most at AGNC but actually les so than at the us open

All tiger proofing did was make it harder for short hitters to win

Been saying this for years. "Tiger-proofing" actually made it easier for Tiger to win at Augusta, because it eliminated a large portion of the field. As long as he was playing well, he wasn't gonna be taken down by Corey Pavin.

Now go out and do it on a stage like Augusta. If he does that, he’s deserving of all the accolades he gets.

Same stage and feel of the Open. No fans, no screaming, same pressure. He'll tear it up if his game is as on as it was this past weekend.

#1 at Augusta...flies the trap ...116yds into green..#2 375 yd drawn off tee...160 yds into par 5...#3 can drive the green.. etc...etc... if his wedge game is half decent he shoots 65 each day...he wins easily!!!!

He is talking about driving it down 14 on 13.

You get to a spot on 15 where it starts going downhill. I'd be shocked if he didn't try to fly it onto the downhill, so it just keeps rolling. Hogan jarred the "shot heard 'round the world" with a four-wood from 235. Bryson is going to have a wedge in.

The only question mark I have at this point is how the course plays in the winter. If this was April, he'd be my pick.

The only thing is that ANGC doesn't allow green reading books. This was brought up by Andy Johnson and it is a good and fair point.

That was Gene Sarazen, AKA The Squire.

3 can drive the green..

Several have tried this.

It does not always work out depending on where the pin is.

3 is perched on top of a hill. Lots of delicate pitches, chips, if you miss it.

I’m not picking against him or DJ, but the Masters sometimes gets a non-bomber like Zach Johnson.

Length is certainly an advantage, but some of the holes start when you get on the green.

Sorry if already covered, but are the grasses the same in November as April?

Softer fairways and the wind shifts direction from normal.

That’s what Couples said.

They can Subair the greens to get firm.

Grasses will be same. Bermuda base with ryegrass planted on top. Bent greens.
