Copper Mill Course Conditions?

Playing Saturday for the first time in awhile. Is it in decent shape?

Best shape it’s been in years. It’s not perfect but a bargain for the price you pay. Some bunkers need work that’s about it.

Played this past Saturday. Course is fantastic. The bunkers are horrible!

Bunkers are terrible, but course is in great shape! Been playing out there always every weekend lately.
Spoke to the GM after our round last weekend and he said they were working hard to get it back. I told him it was a great value for $40 on a weekend rate. He said they planned to keep it that way for the foreseeable future to try and get people to come back out there

Greens are good, certainly not lightning fast, but good.
Fairways are good.
Rough, not great. Lots of St Aug, Torpedo Grass, and weeds.
Bunkers not good. Some have not been raked in a while. Others have not been touched in a long while. maybe turn them into grass bunkers.
Overall, decent value for $.

if you want exceptional value and are within a couple hours, Mystic Creek in El Dorado is $50 on a weekend.

Played yesterday evening, very content with the course conditions, greens slower, but smooth and true, fairways neat

not yet, still in that tiny trailer surrounded by an exceptional course. They had renderings of their clubhouse plans and it looks great. Bad thing is im sure prices will go up a bit once they build it but as of now its definitely the best value of any course Ive ever played. Gone almost every weekend for the past 2 months

How is the driving range looking these days? 
Would it hurt them to at least put in something like Webb did for people to warm up before their round? There's plenty of room for something like that.
