I really enjoyed getting to play there as a guest.

I’m played the member tee.

44 on Creek, 41 on Bluff

2 birdies, #1 Bluff, #5 Creek.

I had a lot of fairway woods on Bluff even after decent tee shots.
I did have a wedge on the shortest par 4s.

Never scared a par 5 in 2.
2 seven woods, and 2 six irons on the par 3s.

May need to move up a little more next time.

It was fun. Greens were lightning, but the hardest part to me was the ROUGH. At times you could only see the top of the golf ball IF you stood right on top of it. I don’t have the serious club head speed to get that really going to the green.

I had a blast.

In Evans, Georgia.
Near Augusta.

It’s the course for the Augusta National Women’s Amateur.

ALLDAWG is a member.

Membership booklet

They are offering a 1 year preview for only 5k. Great deal if you can get there 4 times a year with buddies for Fri/sat/sun rounds.

The course is in the process of being sold to ARCIS golf out of Dallas. The last guy I personally know of to join did so for 55 I’m not sure what this preview thing is all about.

ALLDAWG - I ended up joining and will be there the week of the masters. Let me know when you go play and I may be able to round up a few friends to join me. We could do a big skins game

Got to play it this year the Saturday before we went to the final round at the Masters. The weather absolutely sucked but the course was top notch. Would love to play there again on a normal day where it isn’t pouring rain and 41 degrees. Good was great in the lodge as well.

Masters week rate is like 1960/foursome. I will not be playing then because I don’t want to pay that price and neither do my guests. It’s all inclusive of food for breakfast and lunch, golf, cart fee, booze and tips until 4pm.

I will be going to have drinks there after 4pm and listening to live music.

It’s like $150 for members masters week. Your guests are screwed.

The rates get jacked everywhere around here masters week $150 isn’t unreasonable even for a member to play their own course that week actually. I typically play once with 3 other members we make a day of it food and beer are included. Afterwards they have the tournament on a huge screen outside of the grill house.

Was like $750-800 ea I believe, included food/drink. I had free masters tickets so I wasn’t as worried about splurging. Definitely wasn’t worth that. In hindsight August CC wanted 3600 a tee time.

I’m a member at West Lake. It is usually $90 for a guest. Masters week they get $1500 per foursome. It’s nice, but it’s not Champions Retreat.

I think the best deal is to play Palmetto that week.

Dinning at Champions Retreat is really nice during Masters week. Most Augusta restaurants are packed and sometimes not on their game due to being overwhelmed with the crowds. I own the badges so the guest(s) pay for dinner so we splurge once while there and thats our go to Place.

Couldn’t disagree more. CR jacks the price up at dinner masters week and the food is just ok. $100 a plate for a steak cook on a reqtec.
