Will be down there end of next month. Any of the courses not worth playing right now due to conditions?

Check with the courses to see when they punch. Fallen oak should be bounced back by then. Played the preserve last week and they hadn’t punched yet but the course was in great shape.

For the money the 2 courses in Diamondhead are way above the standard that they charge and honestly could compete with any course but the fallen oak. The oaks are currently in a 6/10 condition in my opinion.

Love me some Diamondhead.

Any recent play on Windance? Thinking about going there for my first time next month.

Played Windance not to long ago. Decent shape. Greens were like concrete though. I think there are better options in the area.

Played 2 weeks ago. Good but not great shape. I’ve seen it better and have very high expectations for that place.
It was still worth it.

Windance for sure not worth the 100 they seem to be charging for it. All these casino courses give so many comps that they price it way more than it should be for the non gambling golfer.

Shell Landing is punching on June 26th.

You don't have to gamble. You just need a players card from Islandview and you can play for $70. You'll even ge some free play and free food if it's your first time signing up.

The preserve is punching b/w the 8th and 19th of next month. That’s information as of this morning.

Played Windance, shell, bear and Diamondhead cardinal a month ago.
Windance was in great shape but greens were concrete and sanded then. Get a players card from the island view and it also takes care of your entire group that doesn’t have a card. The pro shop literally told us they don’t care and you can keep swiping a players card for the whole group.
Shell-spectacular shape a month ago. Don’t remember a single box in rough shape. Carr path only that day and still was in great shape.
Bear- was in good shape as well, greens and boxes were not as great as shell but still good but WAY OVERBOOKED. Was cart path only because of the inches of rain it got overnight and took 6 hours to complete the round from the walking and the amount of people on the course.
Cardinal - had the best greens of all 4 courses of the weekend. Bunkers left a lot to be desired and we could tell they haven’t been maintained in a couple of weeks. Definitely a different type of course than the other 3 but greens were spectacular. A lot more shot shaping on this course than the others mentioned.
