I quit playing there because of that guy.

Played yesterday and they were indeed excellent. Very slick. It would be nice if their members would fix their divots though. Takes all of 2 seconds.

Played Webb yesterday very good shape . Greens true and fast. Ball below the hole is only way to score.

Outside of a couple very few-and-far-between bare spots, Greystone's greens yesterday were excellent. Rolled very true and were fairly quick.

Copper’s greens are in kind of rough shape. Very slow, lots of weeds and dead spots. I wouldn’t call them bad, but definitely mediocre.

I was there last Wednesday and they were in pretty good shape. No, don't go out there expecting Augusta greens, but you can actually get a good smooth roll on most putts.

I played there Saturday, thought they were in decent shape.

I played Santa Maria on Saturday (11/8) and they were in great shape. They were also super fast.

Webb was in good shape and great shape for its cost. Greens were in good health and rolling true, and a little faster than is typical for Webb. Nice lush fairways and course was well drained

Played Cypress Bend last week. Incredible shape right now. Fast and true are the greens and the fairways are immaculate. Very hard but fair test of golf it is. Go if you are In the area. Or just plan a trip and go.

This is an issue almost everywhere I play. The greens at bayou oaks in NOLA are in great shape but I always have to repair a couple divots that aren’t mine before putting.
Even at TPC and U-club I run into the same issue.
Don’t understand why it is so difficult.

Sir, with all due respect, what are you talking about lol? Like what course are you using for comparison to say coppers greens are that bad? I live out here and have for ten years. The greens are the best they have ever been going into dormant season and they have been horrible before, so I can say this in true transparency.
There are maybe 3 greens in total that have a few spots on them (#2, #4, #16) and only 2 and 6 have "spots" on them being filled in and they are on the outside rings of the green and only a few spots. The greens are rolling between 9-10. Not sure what weeds your talking about either ??

I said they’re mediocre. I’ll try to take some pictures this weekend of the weeds. They rolled slower than what I’m used to, and too many players aren’t repairing their divots.
I love Copper, but they’re pricing themselves as a top tier course for this area and their greens aren’t even as nice as Fennwood’s.

Exhibit A, hole 2:
There is no exhibit B. I forgot to keep taking pictures. Most holes are fine, but some are obviously struggling. Again, I really like Copper. The point of this thread is to provide unbiased feedback so people know what to expect when spending their hard earned cash.

So you took pictures of 1 of the three holes that hmmm13 clearly stated had issues, but didn’t include any other pictures?
