It's that time of the year again.

Which courses near BR have aerified in the last few weeks? Also, anyone have any info on future scheduled aerifications? TIA

I just saw on the BREC website that Webb is a significant discount right now. Does anyone know if it's because of how bad the course is, or did the greens just get punched?

Thanks for the invite, but I've gotta work that day so I can afford the $20 green fee at Webble Beach this weekend

They punched them either last monday or tuesday and I played this past saturday. Greens were horrible, but they usually are at Webb anyways. I still enjoyed my round.

Webble greens were rough last weekend. They were decent enough in May so hopefully they come back. Hard value to beat when it’s $30 for a Saturday morning round.

This mindset has to change for BREC to change. They have an unteal operating budget and 3-4 courses that need someone other than a bunch of grass cutters to come in and run it like a golf course and charge green fees that reflect a public course in good shape.

I played Webb weekend before last and was shocked at how bad the greens were. When I saw the lower price I was thinking maybe they lowered the price because of that. If they just punched them maybe that will help out.

Santa Just Verticut and topdressed last Tuesday(7/11) to try and promote growth.

I doubt they will punch before mid august. The greens never fully filled in from the poa over run in the spring so aerification isn't an issue.

Played there two weeks ago and the greens were terrible. I guess they have punched them by now.
