Ball recommendation request

So I haven't bought any balls in about 10 years and I recently found a Vice ball on the course and hit it for a few holes. I know nothing about them but I liked it a lot. It was model Pro something but I didn't pay close attention. I didn't think I'd like it so I didn't care to inspect that closely. One of the players I was with said they thought it was similar to the Title AVX. Which is again, a ball I know nothing about.
So I guess my question is, are there any good buys that might be similar to Vice for around $20/dozen? I'm a budget golfer. Buying a few dozen at a time for a bulk discount is OK with me.

Not sure I have ever played Srixon. Where is the best place to buy them?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Refurbished Titleist Pro V1’s are around $25 a dozen. That’s what I use. Can’t tell any difference in them from regular ones.

Google Srixon 2 for 1 deal, I think its live right now.
Z Star XV is basically the perfect ball. I've jumped around on all the pro balls and nothing compares.
The cover is a little soft, so durability isn't quite as good but the feel it offers with the same spin performance and distance just blows everything else out of the water.
If you're wanting the more budget friendly, the Q star or soft feel is a great ball too.
Srixon is criminally underrated on the ball front, their patents and tech are second to none and the price is $10/cheaper/dozen than the competition.

I play the Vice Pro Plus. They come out to roughly $30 a dozen delivered to your door when you buy 5 or more. No complaints from me other than they seem to be ever so slightly not as durable as other “high end” golf balls wear and tear wise
The Vice site has a golf ball recommendation tool where you input handicap, swing distances, etc. and they tell you which Vice ball you should be playing
I’d probably play ProV1’s or AVX’s if money didn’t matter though. In the meantime, I haven’t found as good of a ball/reviewed ball that comes close $$$ wise
Vice Website with reviews/articles on their golf balls

Dick's and Golf Galaxy have Srixon and Maxfli deals quite often.
The Maxfli Tour is a quality ball that tested well compared to the ProV1. I love it. Dick's has 2 for $55 specials often. Srixon is usually buy 2 and get the 3rd free.
OnCore is a direct-to-consumer brand that is very good. They have 3 different balls to fit your game.
Bottom line ... you need a ball for your game. Soft, hard, more spin, high flight, low flight, etc. What works for everyone else might not work for you.

If you have a costco memebership, get the kirkland 3 piece.
2 dozen for $24, its a steal.

You should look at the Snell MTB or the MTB-X Ball.
Similar price point and a better ball IMO.

The Kirkland balls spin the most of nearly any ball I've tried. Unfortunately, that came at the detriment of distance. Kirkland balls were significantly shorter off my driver, and about a club short on irons. They were fantastic around the greens though. If distance isn't a problem for you, or you need more spin, these are a steal.

I have played a few of these. I also noticed the driver distance loss but my biggest complaint was they felt hard like rock off my irons. It was hard to believe they spin so well while feeling so hard.

I really like these, OnCore, Vice, Maxfli Tour and some of the Wilsons. The nice Srixon seems out of my price range as the sales have ended.
I may have to up the budget to $25/dozen.

10 years? Do you never play golf? How can you not buy balls for 10 years?

Do not by refurbished. What I think you are meaning to say is recycled. There is a huge difference and a lot of literature why you should not by refurbished balls. I buy recycled Prov's and they are great. The kirklands had too much spin and distance loss off the driver for me otherwise no complaints on the kirklands

Any opinions on Bridgestone?

I play 2017-2018 Srixon XV. $24.97/dozen at my local wal mart and close to that on Amazon.
I’ve got some mint ProV1 that I’ve picked up around the course over the last year in my bag. I play them when my tee shot requires me to carry water. Prefer the Srixons
