Out here today! Sad is quite the overstatement. Rough is cut and greens and fairways are great! Bunkers were a hack job by contractor. They are working to correct them now.

Yes. Thats been said by everyone. However, there’s a certain individual who has larger hard on for trees than anyone I’ve met. He is fully aware of the need, but would never pull the trigger.

He’s a stand up guy for sure, worked with his son in Houston as well. Nice family. But yes, guy gets in his own way sometimes. Very vested on the course success, so I understand in a way.
But anyone who has worked at a successful course can understand why this place will never be one.

If I hit this damn Powerball I'm gonna buy that bitch. Who do I talk to, tree lover guy? We gonna fix the issues, charge 50 bucks a round and turn that shed in between 4 and 5 into a pit stop with cold beer, burgers and hotdogs.

New management at Oakwing And yes they still don’t give a frick. Doing things like clearing around the bayou but ignoring the golf issues like shitty greens and bunkers. Putting lipstick on a pig.
