As said many many times 99.9% of all humans take the money and play.
You can say you don’t blame them for taking the money without ridiculous hyperbole that isn’t true. Most people did actually turn it down

Is there a list somewhere that shows who turned down what? Could also be those other players did not get an offer or got a very low offer that they did not think it was worth it.

#33 in OWGR Kevin Na chosen as a captain for the Asian team??
Only 2 better options at the time were Matsuyama & Sungjae Im. We know Matsuyama was offered.

LIV is trash
But whatever. No reason we can’t have two leagues

Couldn’t stand Reed on PGA. Glad he went to LIV so don’t have to hear much about him. Other guys I kinda miss but not enough to watch LIV. What’s more telling is how current PGA players view LIV, like when Tiger wouldn’t even look at Rahm when he hosted the Masters dinner. Other PGA players probably don’t care, just more spots for them. I can’t knock a guy for taking life changing money. Nobody who bolted was going to make Rory or Tiger money staying with PGA.

If Jay Monahan had not completely dismissed the threat of LIV he could have prevented this, but he had too much ego and thought he would laugh Phil Mickelson's concerns off. How that guy still has a job I'll never understand.
He thwarted the biggest existential threat the PGA will ever see and sidelined them from further poaching players while also keeping them irrelevant. He was not prepared for it initially, but once Rahm left he could not have handled it better. The PGA has never been stronger without Tiger. I fail to see what he is doing wrong currently that you think someone else would be doing better.
I don’t hate LIV golfers. I am now indifferent to them. They are irrelevant to me except during majors and they continue to fall in those events, except Bryson. BK, Rahm and Cam Smith love the cash, but they gave up relevancy. Phil has never been more irrelevant to the game of golf. For professional athletes, there is nothing more important than remaining relevant and competitive. Bryson has proven if you have a strong work ethic you can play on LIV and still compete in majors. He’s the only one that consistently does.

Be interesting to see what the big names do once their contract with LIV is up.

You can’t figure out how a guy that got 1.5 billion invested into the tour and made members richer, fended off a 100 billion dollar competitor, and has ratings high as ever still has a job?
You are the one that’s a media pawn. Look at Kopeka, a guy that left for LIV. He is still extremely close friends with Jay. It’s obvious he actually is very good at his job and respected
That jury is still way out. JM was waiting around, like everyone else, for someone to be Tiger. He had plenty of warning about what could happen, but ignored it. Remains to be seen if the new schedule is responsible for the uptick in ratings or if it's more momentum from the great play of SS and Rory's wins this year.

What he said, except for Poulter. Guy came up through the pro shop career, basically. Like his grit and flair. But he can be annoying at times, no doubt.

I don’t dislike them. They making boat loads of money, but it looks like they don’t have that competition in LIV like the PGA. You could see it on their faces there, laughing and giggling, and not real serious on the course.

Money is money, it's all green. Doesn't matter if it's Saudi oil money or a Nike mega contract

Nope. mainstream media doesn't control my thoughts.
Anyone who had an issue with the "dirty" money aspect of Saudi influence should go ahead and stop driving. If they're not willing to give up everything associated with Saudi oil, then they're hypocritical little bitches.
Competition is never a bad thing and will force the PGA to be better.

Nope. Why do you care what someone does with their life

I’ve come around on Bryson more than I used to, but I still sense a fair amount of disingenuousness underneath the refurbish.
Bryson has matured an arse ton.
I don't think he's disingenuous and puts on a facade like Phil does, I think he's been guilty of aloofness. And that's okay. Doesn't make him a bad guy and he's really outgrown that.

Bryson is the only one of the bunch who didn't go LIV strictly for money.
I don't think it's coincidence that he's been by far the most successful of that entire group. Karma is real.
