A game that you can always go back to and enjoy it just like the first time you played it.
Rediscovered mine this weekend. Burnout Paradise. I played it originally on 360 100%'d everything minus the online MP stuff. Every billboard, crash sign, road rule, burning route. I had two friends I would always play with and it was fun to find a road they owned the time for and spend a good bit of time knocking their name off. Whenever you fired the game up, it would tell you any times that your friends had beat, so there was this constant back and forth that was so great.
This is the airfield where we spent many hours trying to flatspin through the fuselage in the middle of the screen above my car. IMO, the perfect racing game.
And now dev will remind everyone I don't play games anymore.

Majora's Mask and Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2. I probably play these each at least once a year.

There are many but one that comes to mind, since I just beat it for the 20th time over the weekend, is Mega Man X.
The above scene where Zero has to rescue you always draws me in and makes me want to play until I'm powerful enough to beat Vile myself. I have just as much fun playing it as when I was a kid.

Mass Effect 1
I've played the entire thing 5 or so times and I usually do complete runs every so often.
This thread reminded me that I need to play it again.

Ocarina of Time -n64
Majoras Mask - n64
Crackdown - 360
Mass Effect - PC
Roller Coaster Tycoon - PC
Need for Speed: Most Wanted - 360
Halo 3
ETA:
My number one answer is the original Fable game. I still beat that game multiple times a year. And the quick and pathetic destruction of that series with each new game was sad.

Don't worry sic...you're not alone. It's still fun to pretend we play video games though, right?

Vice City was money. I have beaten it at least 4 times.
Cod4 with the M21/M4 on hardcore S&D was money.
