Dark Sector for the 360. The original premise of the game took place in space and had a sci-fi horror feel to it.
When the game was finally released it was based in post cold war Europe if I remember correctly and your character was some kind of genetically augmented person that wielded some kind of cheesy weapon.
The controls were clunky and the plot of the game was out right boring.
