The complete edition includes Witcher 3, all 16 DLCs, and 2 expansion packs. Should keep me entertained for a few months. Lol.

You can get it way cheaper than that. Pretty sure it goes on sale for like $20 on the PSN store all the time

It's $24 on Amazon. OP will get his money's worth because Witcher 3 is a phenomenal game, but he could have definitely gotten it for cheaper.

Ok yeah u are correct - I may have been looking at the Switch version.
Bizarre that Best Buy is listing it for $40 when Amazon has it for $25 tho.

It's arguably the best game of this Gen

Witcher 3 is by far the best game of this gen. There are very few games that are worth that much, Witcher 3 is worth every penny.
I got the complete edition for $19.99 and that was a steal.

The Witcher 3 goes on sale all the time. You can get a much better deal if you are patient. Pretty sure I got all of that on PS4 for 10 dollars at one point.
Also I believe CDPR has a deal going on right now where you can get Cyperpunk and Witcher 1-3 $80. Also with the standalone card game. But it is only PC. Edit (Looks like that deal is gone from their site now)

Yeah. I didn’t feel like being patient for it.
Oh well. After finishing Dark Souls 3, needed something to do.

Replay value is off the charts.
It's still my favorite game of all time thus far.

Was pretty cool actually. Took me a few tries (like every boss with that class) but I think I stayed back more in the first phase and ranked more in the second. His arrow fire screwed me a lot until I went back to the bonfire and allocated all 14 Estus flasks.
Next time I’m going with the knight class. Do you know if they ever nerfed the FUG?

Oh so you plan on skipping sleep?

Like others said, you can get it cheaper but it's still worth $49.99 if that's what it was every where.

Is it better on PC or PS4?

What is all this crap? Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine are all you need.

i need to learn going to that healer lady that wiggles her butt in her house-- and what to buy to make things. so far only put the oil on the sword. my favorite part is going to that castle with the lady and getting a bath and shaven and those clothes.

Absolutely, most definitely, find Witcher gear diagrams... Bear school, Cat school, Wolf school, etc.. YouTube can be your best friend on these treasure hints. The quest to get the Baron's blacksmith to forge witcher gear for you is quite tough, but absolutely worth it.
I favor the Ursine (bear) gear because I like to fight stuff more head-on but each armor set is different for different play styles.
Just stick with it and try not to sell crafting items or alchemy herbs until you know which ones you definitely can afford to sell off for extra cash. Craft every potion and oil you can, as quickly as you can.
If you encounter a large beast in Velen called a "fiend", absolutely do not engage if you haven't learned to craft the "superior cat" potion. It will hypnotize you without it, and you will watch as it mauls your helpless character.
If you find yourself short on coin early in the game (which I did), try to explore and find low level bandit camps. They're fairly easy to kill and usually every bandit drops a weapon or two that you can sell to a blacksmith. Velen and Novigrad are full of such camps. Easy way to make close to 1000 gold quickly.
More than anything, just enjoy the story. It's top notch. W3 is a true generational title.
