I'm getting Diablo tonight at midnight release and keep going back and forth in my head about MP3. What do y'all think? Get both, or just D3?

I think I'm going to wait til it goes on sale. Don't really have the need to play the multiplayer, but definitely want to see what Rockstar has done with the Max Payne franchise and the story behind the single-player mode

I feel like they've moved all the emphasis to MP, which is why I'm having trouble deciding. I absolutely loved the first 2 games.

All of the reviews say that the MP is surprisingly great, and that the SP is still the star and very involving. I guess I'll get it too.

My bank account is taking a serious hit tonight

I just picked up Prototype 2 for $39 at Best Buy. I'm a little surprised it's that cheap already. After I finish this game I'll pick up Max Payne.

Never played the first 2, but this looks pretty cool. I might wait until the price drop since I heard the single player is 12 hours max. I'm not into MP at all for video games.

If it's like the first 2, it'll be very replayable.

The arcade modes should add to it as well

Is it more or less arena tdm with character models from SP spamming slo-mo dive shots?

Love the first 2 MP, aside from the black room level with the screaming baby and having to walk the blood tight rope.

We have pretty similar tastes so I'm comfortable with my decision now.

Already pre-ordered on Steam, PC gamers have to wait till May 29th.

I noticed that on Steam today, I wonder why there is a difference in PC/Console launch dates.

I hope they stay true to the dark comedy/noir style of writing. The analogies that Max uses are hilariously overwrought.

Annoying and useless. It is the main reason I don't ever play Max Payne 2 anymore.
