re: What is a an opinion in the gaming world that you share that is against the grain?

I fricking hate open world games and their vast hugeness. I want to donate a semi-mindless hour or two to it every now and then, not be dragged into a 300 hour campaign and endless side quests.

Dont get me wrong, witcher 3 is my favorite game I've ever played, but I'll never touch it again. I still play my old linear favorites like perfect dark and ace combat though.

Eta: I owe the board for how much I enjoyed witcher 3. I started on death March and never lowered the difficulty. It took forever and kept me up too late a few times but sonuvabitch that was an incredible game. It just takes up too much of my life that I'll never get back.
