Traded Battlefront - Back to BF4 (XBONE)

I've never traded in a game this close to launch. That game was stunning, but the enjoyment ended there. Between unplayable server lag and the same 4 map rotation, I called it quits after a few short weeks and brought it back.
I'm back to BF4, which since all the patches, is the best game ever. Looking for others to play with as my usual friend list is stuck in Fallout 4 or Battlefront right now. Thought 1/2 the people have mic icons next to their names, almost no one uses them.

I also couldn't overcome the projectile velocity difference between BF4 and Battlefront. I know lasers are slower than kinetic rounds, but having to lead an enemy at 25 yards is just stupid. The lack of weapon customization and no real range weapons severely sucked. The only "ranged" primary gives you decent accuracy with a shitty red-dot scope equivalent. This game is a flaming turd from start to finish.

That and BF4 is still going to get more free content. Dragon Valley in Legacy Operations and then the two other Night Operations maps, Siege of Shanghai Night and Golmud Railway Night.
Not sure if any weapons will be making it into the game...I think there are already 80+ primaries in the game.

This is one of those "WTF" moments.
No I am not laughing at you, just what star wars movies have conditioned us to. Personally I don't like any energy weapon's in games because of the "lag" they seem to have when in reality they would be instantanious in most cases.

After they basically bragged about virtually zero singleplayer content, I knew this was going to be bullshite, The Musical.
Bragging about something that a good portion of the fanbase find to be dealbreaking, was fricktarded, at best.
When XBone fired their pre-launch marketing clowns, they clearly were hired by DICE.
I played 3 hours of the 10 hour EA Access trial, and have never looked back.

hate hearing this. was really looking forward to this game. glad I didn't buy it at release after hearing bad reviews. frick EA

I've been having fun with it, but I'm getting bored. Might switch to Blops III. The game mechanics are no issue for me. I've been annihilating. It's just lacking content.

Well that sucks to hear. Im supposedly getting battlefront for christmas. Oh well guess I will play it anyway and then trade when I get bored.

I really dont get the hate for battlefront. I havent had issues with it and find it enjoyable

The in-game chat from people bitching about the game are often the ones who are doing poorly. I get frustrated with a game if I can't get the hang of it pretty quickly. Probably why this one is so polarizing.

Does it have a good campaign? I like the story modes before I play online...

It has no campaign. There are single-player game modes (basically, you vs. ai), but they aren't story driven...or fun.

I think it is great (gameplay and visuals), but shallow as frick(customizations and achievements). If I could have a do over, I would have waited.

Well that really blows. Thats what I was looking forward to battling off the empire to eventually get to Vader at the end for an epic showdown with the light saber. This kills my hopes drastically. Like I will probably save the receipt and go trade for blops3
