lego prices vs the pieces in the sets are way out of wack right now. 300 bucks for this is steep. and this is from a guy who has a closet full of lego

what cracks me up is when I see lego sets marked 18+
unless it’s a nude sculpture I dont why a 14 year old can’t be trusted not to choke on the pieces. they aren’t that hard to put together

There are few companies on Earth that love to charge premium pricing to their loyal fanbase like Lego and Nintendo. It's a match made in profit margin heaven.

I feel like Nintendo could milk their base more if they wanted, but least with games you get repeatable value
I love the Lego experience but paying hundreds for sets that I don’t even have room to store intact is insane. If they could figure out a rental model that made sense I’d be all up in that
