I assume we'll hear the details on the DLC during their streams because that teaser and subsequent interview gave us nothing

Let’s be objective, the free update was the sugar to help the delayed launch dates go down better.
The upgrade was happening regardless with the DLC and the old DLCs were routinely being sold for next to nothing on steam.
I give CDPR credit for learning from the CP2027 launch and not rushing things, but this is making lemonade from lemons to a degree.
