If you mean the one that's slightly in the water you can throw te ball into the water, then cryonis under it. Climb ice. Pick up ball. Throw again.

Yea, great video. I felt bad for the Lizal that was just cheering him on at the end. That guy is crazy accurate with the bow. I always think I've made a headshot, but it rarely stuns them as much as this guy does in the video. I think it might have to do with the fact I use shock arrows instead of regular arrows since I have 400+ of them from all of my Lynel hunting. Maybe regular arrows are better?

Well, I'm back!

But I've read through this thread, and I can't be the only one who has come across the pedophile quest? You help a zora girl find the boy of her dreams... and it turns out this boy is a 25 year old man. I was horrified when I came across it.

LINK

I've tried to kill the guy, but it's just not happening.

I've reset (I think its total BS you can't have more than one slot within the game), and the main reason is a big frick up I think the game designers have done that you don't realize until it's too late: The armor system is totally fricked. Having the armor reduce hit points instead of the percentage of actual hit points breaks the game for me. Once your armor gets upgraded enough, really only Silver Lynels stand a chance against you, and thus I stopped getting creative on how to survive.

I was missing getting killed and thus got bored with it. So I reset it with about 90 shrines complete and probably did slightly over half of the side quests. In the sequel, this is something that really, really needs to be addressed.

Hard mode is gonna be harder. The combat does get easier if you min/max everything... but isn't that the way it's supposed to work? If you want to die a lot, go strate for Hyrule castle when you get off the plateau.

So the kiddo beat Ganon a couple weeks ago and now I'm going in there under his instructions?, this game has been the absolute perfect father son game. I hope Nintendo keeps it up, but I couldn't ask for a better game for me and the son to spend time together. This has been awesome

This has been the case for my son and I as well. He'd find all kinds of stuff I didn't know was there, I'd do the same thing, and we would just surprise the crap out of each other with awesome stuff everywhere. Just the most enjoyable gaming experience I've ever had.

I read somewhere a dad let his kid play, around 7-8 years old. And he put in 20 hours and still going on just the Plateau alone.

That's just awesome. Could be one of the top designed games over IMO.

So when it comes to Link's house, does anyone else use Lynels in all of their decorating?

Haven't really done much waiting on Hard mode to drop in the summer. Wishing it wouldn't take likely all the way til Nov/Dec for the new content.

Yea, really haven't touched the game in the last week or so, just waiting for the DLC. The master trials look like 45 levels of Eventide Island, which could be amazing. Really looking forward to that and what the new armor sets do.

Yea, outside of trying to find as many of the shrines as possible, there really wasn't that much that I did outside of maxing out my armor sets and stockpiling the best weapons, bows, and shields as possible for the trek through the castle. I went ahead and did a ton of Lynel hunting just for practice since I wasn't sure how tough Gannon would be. The only other thing I could think of is finishing the Tarrey Town side quest just for the fun of it.

Yea, I did Tarrey, etc. I have 20 more shrines to do bc I want to beat ganon in the classic Link green outfit rather than the champ's tunic.
