I'll be honest, this thread was about 20-30 pages deep when I got the game. I'll say that 95% of the things that I read in here before playing were all nonsense and jibberish and I didn't remember a damned thing by the time I started playing.
In short, I wasn't spoiled at all and I read every post in the thread before I bought the game.

I guess I didn't catch this earlier, but it sucks it just brings you back to right before facing Ganon after beating him. I thought you'd be able to go back out in the world after. So if you want to keep going you either start a new game or just keep avoiding him

Not gonna lie, I ended up reading some things (not in this forum) that I wish I hadn't. If you want the most out of the game, I would just explore and never read or watch anything related to the game. I wish I could start over with no knowledge of the game whatsoever.

Welp I beat Ganon. I'm sad there's no more main story. Looks like it's just exploring and finding shrines until the new story comes out in December.

I saw 2 seconds on the toilet from within the guardian and turned it off so it would be as fresh as possible. Didn't think much about it. I haven't been able to play vidya games since monday

Just wanted to come post that I finally got the master sword last night. It was very satisfying finally taking out a fresh guardian while the blade glowed.
I've only been wearing the upgraded +1 champion tunic with the hylian shorts. I just found the guardian lab so I can get that garb when I get enough resources. Where is all the other armor sets at? I only have the goron heat suit, zora top, champ tunic, and hylian set.

i'm on my 2nd playthrough and my fricking god is this game massive
I have done no fast traveling and I kind of sat down now in the gerudo desert. I feel like that area alone plus the highlands and road outside of it are its own gameworld

Also kilton the monster vendor sells masks to blend in with lynels bokoblin moblin etc.
If musick really missed the vendors in kakariko and hateno, i question his thoroughness in exploration.
