oh snap, the hunt is over. when did you find one?

Lucked out and got the last one at the target on Manhatten on the Westbank on Monday.

This thing is amazing. Being able to go from TV to couch to bedroom seemlessly is fantastic.

And I can't overstate how much I like the new Zelda. And I just got the paraglider. Haven't even really gotten into the game yet.

This game is so awesome it's kind of mind blowing.

Glad you finally got one, I knew you'd like it. It's so well put together and there's s0 much to do. I "beat" it about a week and a half ago and have still been adventuring almost nightly.

To me that's what sets this game apart. One of the coolest experiences is climbing to the top of a mountain and just jumping off and gliding across the map to another point.

Mario kart is around the corner

Have been taking a Zelda break to catch up on Super Bomberman which I've barely played.

It's a fun game if anyone hasn't tried it. Tried the online battle mode last night and it was a blast.

Probably do more Hyrule exploring and side quests soon now that the main story is complete.

I'm like in a holding pattern for Vah Rudania. Probably knock him out this weekend. That's my last beast to beat.

I beat the Ruto and fire beast and I know where the third is and I have purposely avoided it going out looking for gear and exploring.

Could be the GOAT game.

Give me multi-player smash Bros and Kart that I can play anywhere anytime and I'll die happy.

I'm. Enjoying exploring and the small temples, but there has to be a boss battle in my future right?

I love the cooking system and the destructible weapons. That's Alot of fun. Can you eventually craft weapons? Because that would be awesome

Yeah that's really cool. And honestly I didn't even use it much at first.

Negatory. You can dye your clothes though in Hateno Village.

there are only 4 big encounters at the end of temples. the final boss, and then there are a few encounters that have that "oh shite i'm fighting this thing"

lynels
guardians
molduga
Hinoxs (easy though)

i left off one because i won't tell you about it, it's just too cool of a discovery and from what i can tell almost every player has that experience

there's some other cool surprises

Double jump off the back of a sprinting horse into a paraglider trip off a cliff?

That's what the shitty horses are good for.

I just got a horse with 4 stars in ever catagory. She's a beast. Will not be throwing her over a cliff

Once you get geared up enough and have learned the blocking and parry mechanics, Lynels become super fun to fight. They have just as much health as the game's main bosses and weapons that are just as powerful too. I had a Lynel drop what's called a "crusher" and it had 108 attack on it.

I'm of course talking about the savage lynels though. There are 3 different tiers of lynels.

Regular
Mighty
Savage

The savage ones are the most common ones, and they tend to drop about 5-600 rupees worth of gear as well.

They have a neat little bow they use as well called a Savage Lynel Bow. Whenever you use ONE arrow, it turns them into 3 and sometimes 5 different arrows without taking out your entire inventory.

For example:

100 arrows with a regular bow will obviously deplete by 1 if you use it 100 times and end up at zero. But using the Lynel bow, you're essentially getting three arrows in one and laying down 66 damage and overall.

The power of a lynel bow starts at 32. Obviously if it is distributed by 3, the power ends up being 96. However there are 5x bows that only use up one arrow for 5 shots. Making the damage right at 160 per shot. HOWEVER, the absolute best bow you can get is the 50D5x Savage Lynel Bow. One arrow shot is equal to 250 damage and that's not including the damage from bomb, fire, ice and electric arrows.

I have about 8 Lynel bows of varying shot differences. Really handy in a big time boss fight and really durable too.

The different ways to kill the camps are fun. Lately I've been placing a couple bombs, then whistling to lure them into the bomb trap.

The location is spelled out on the monument in zoras domain.

The legs are easy to get too. Side quest

I've honesty sped through of what the monuments I've found had to say

I've knocked out all the side quests in Gerudo Town. I have write a few from Zoras Domain I need to work on next.

I wonder when Skyrim is coming out. Mario Kart is an easy buy for me coming up. Not sure how I feel about that Arms game. Looks cool but just doesn't seem like it'd have a lot of depth to it.
