I can waste that one the one by lanaryu mt but way up in the most nowhere part of the mountains north of the gerudo desert I came across a white haired lynel, since then I've come across a couple of more
And they kicked my arse

I'm just trying to figure out how to do it without the master sword (which i assume never fails). I believe he has 5k HP. That's a lot of bombs

There's also a white lynel north of thyphlo ruins / lost woods in the badlands .
I was scouting him trying to figure out a way to not be seen, during a lightning storm at night, then the music changes and Dinraal appears out of nowhere. Pretty epic moment.
Haven't found a silver lynel yet.
32 shrines/ 31 seeds / 1 divine beast.
Been taking pictures of mushrooms and cooking food too much Haha. And just exploring the world.

This game the shite or what, Jeff? Our tastes align more than most

Yeah, it's great. Very high quality production and a ton of fun.

yeah, once you go off the road towards some old ruins on the map that is a shrine challenge he's in your way, I just darted past him with my horse.
first one I found is located in what I imagine is the least traversed to spot on the map, and as it happens the dragon from the faron that only appears at night makes his day home out of this spot.

Anyone who doesn't think this game is worth the price of admission has no soul
And typically I hate exploration but turn off the hud and get lost in this one because there's a lot of fun shite to discover
I'd say half of my side quests were completed before I got them

When you finish, make sure you pick up Nier Automata. When I finish Nier, I will start Zelda. Horizon is on the back burner for now

Guess I have no soul. But the price of admission is like 450 for me.

Well not that price of admission
Basically whatever you think of the game you won't regret $50-$60

I will say that I was ready to by the switch just for this game. If I ended up playing others so be it.
The only reason I didn't is because I didn't preorder and the local walmart had the wii u.

Same here. Planned on getting the switch, but figured I'd just get the wii u version since it was in stock and I wasn't sure how soon the next Switch game I wanted was going to get released. Kind of glad I did since it sounds like the switch still has some issues to work out.

Everyone here has put the fear in me. I finally bit the bullet and went after the lynel in the coliseum, and it wasn't that bad.

Random question. Do any of you use Wolf Link? I actually bought Twilight Princess HD just to use the wolf in BOTW, but I didn't realize you had to pass a dungeon in TP to use the wolf. And I played TP in hero mode, so there's no way I could get the wolf in BOTW without a decent amount of hearts. Just wondering if anyone uses the wolf and if there's any bonus to it.

I haven't fought that one because the one in the mountains kicked my arse so hard
i have reason to suspect that you move slower in heavy snow, seeing as how i just got some snow boots.

Not gonna spoil anything but last week I complained about two Zora sidequests. Finding a wife (mei) , and following a letter down the river
I had given up, and then 4 days later I find the final point of interest for each quest completely randomly. They are so frickING FAR from Zora's domain
That letter quest was a real bitch.

yeah, I did both but didn't finish the letter quest because it got stuck halfway through and destroying the obstruction meant destroying the letter.
that quest along with one in the lost woods are kind of tedious time sinks I don't have the patience for yet with so much shite out to do and see

Finally picked it up for WiiU. Really solid game and love the controls. Not sure how it stacks up to the switch version but most fun I've had playing a Zelda game since Ocarina of Time.
